U.S. President Donald Trump toured an upgraded Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar and destined to join the Air Force One fleet. During the visit at Joint Base Andrews, Trump signed a mechanical panel on the aircraft as it nears delivery.
The aircraft has been extensively modified and repainted in a red, white, dark blue and gold livery selected by Trump. The jet is expected to serve as an interim presidential aircraft while Boeing completes the next-generation Air Force One program.
