Meanwhile questions are in the air as to what happens to the people of Andarum in Bogia, when they give away hectares of their customarily-owned land to the Manam Islanders to resettle following the passing of the MRA Bill.
According to the Madang Governor,Jim Kas, in an exclusive interview, the Manam Bill is not only beneficial to the islanders and the Andarum people, it will benefit the whole Bogia District in terms of infrastructural developments.
This also includes the host communities of the three current Care Centres.
