The number of TB cases in Bogia District of Madang has increased in the last 3 years due to the lack of health awareness in remote Bogia.
Officer in Charge of Bogia Referral Centre, Herman Yiyiri, says in a month the clinic gets at least 3 new cases.
Herman says more health awareness programs on TB prevention is needed to reach the remote population.
