Bogia People Call for Help to Understand Manam Restoration Authority Bill

Description:
The people of Bogia are calling on the government to come down to their level and help them understand and negotiate the Manam Restoration Authority Bill.

They say they are not against the resettling of the Manam Islanders, but want the government to come clear on how it will manage the short and long time effects.

This comes after Prime Minister, Mr Peter O’Neil’s announcement that the Manam Restoration Bill, is likely to be passed in the November sitting.
